级联结构聚丙烯酸酯高分子网络的制备与形状记忆性能研究

摘  要:以双键改性聚轮烷为滑动结构、DSDMA为互锁结构,与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯进行自由基聚合,制备了不同配比(0.25%,0.5%,0.75%,1%,1.25%)的丙烯酸酯级联结构形状记忆高分子材料,其结构与性能经DSC和DMA表征。研究了不同配比对其凝胶含量、Tg与储能模量和记忆性能的影响。结果表明:随着配比的增加,凝胶含量增加,Tg向高温区移动,初始储能模量升高,当配比大于0.75,其固定率稳定在98%左右,回复率在0.5%两侧都呈现升高的趋势。A cascade structure shape memory polymer was prepared,with double bond modified polyrotaxane as the sliding structure and DSDMA as the interlocking structure,and free radical polymerization with MMA and MA monomers to synthesize different ratios(0.25%,0.5%,0.75%,1%,1.25%)material samples.The thermal and thermomechanical properties were characterized by DSC and DMA.The effects of different ratios on their gel content,Tg and storage modulus were studied.With the increase of the ratio,the gel content increases,Tg moved to the high temperature region,and the initial storage modulus increases.The shape memory performance was characterized by the DMA control force model,and the effect of different ratios on its memory performance was studied.When the ratio is more than 0.75,the fixed rate gradually tends to stabilize at about 98%,and the recovery rate showed an increasing trend is on both sides of 0.5%.
