摘 要:盐胁迫对农作物产量造成的损失在所有非生物胁迫中占首位。为了探索外源生长素对植物在逆境中的调节作用,研究了外源IAA对0.1 mol NaCl胁迫下水稻种子萌发的影响。采用培养皿滤纸培养法,研究0.1 mol NaCl胁迫下IAA对水稻萌发期盐危害的抵消效应。方差分析(ANOVA)和LSD多重比较结果显示,材料的基因型和IAA浓度均控制0.1 mol NaCl条件下外源IAA对水稻种子萌发的影响。外源IAA对0.1 mol NaCl胁迫下水稻种子的发芽率影响较小,能显著提高发芽势;50~100 mg/L IAA能显著,甚至极显著恢复部分材料胚根的伸长生长及胚根数;150 mg/L IAA能显著提高部分材料根叶干重。The loss of crop yield caused by salt stress takes the first place among all the abiotic stresses.In order to explore the regulatory effect of exogenous auxin on plant stress,we studied the effects of exogenous IAA on rice seeds germination under 0.1 mol NaCl stress.The culture method of Petri dish filter paper was adopted to study the offsetting effect of IAA on salt damage in rice germination under 0.1 mol NaCl stress.The multiple comparisons were carried out between ANOVA and LSD.Results showed that the genotypes of materials and IAA concentration had controled the exogenous IAA effects on the germination of rice seeds under 0.1 mol NaCl.Exogenous IAA had little influence on the germination rate of rice seeds under 0.1 mol NaCl and significantly improved the germination potential.50-100 mg/L IAA can significantly or extremely significantly restore the radicle elongation and radicle number of some materials.150 mg/L IAA could significantly improve the dry weight of root and leaf of some materials.
