摘 要:以马蔺、野牛草、草地早熟禾、崂峪苔草、麦冬5种地被植物为试验材料,采用人工践踏法进行试验处理,以不践踏为对照,测定践踏处理下5种地被植物的SOD、POD活性、MDA、叶绿素含量、叶长、根长、根重7个形态和生理指标变化值。采用主成分分析法分析其与植物耐践踏性之间的关系。通过主成分提取,用3个新的综合指标代替原来的7个单项指标。3个综合指标的累计贡献率为98.545%。所选的7个生理指标与耐践踏性的相关性顺序为POD活性>根重>叶绿素含量>MDA含量>SOD活性>根长>叶长。采用隶属函数加权法对5种地被植物的耐践踏性进行综合评定,其耐践踏性强弱次序为野牛草>马蔺>麦冬>崂峪苔草>草地早熟禾。Five ground cover plants,i.e.Iris lacteal,Buchloe dactyloides,Poa pratensis,Carex giraldiana,Ophiopogon japonicas were used as test materials,and artificial trampling was used for the experimental treatment,with no trampling as the controlled trial.The change values of 7 morphological and physiological indexes of 5 ground cover plants under trampling treatment,including superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),malondialdehyde(MDA),chlorophyll,leaf length,root length,and root weight were measured.Principal component analysis was used to analyze the relationship between it and plant tramp resistance.Through the extraction of principal components,3 new comprehensive indicators replaced the original seven individual indicators.The cumulative contribution rate of the three comprehensive indicators is 98.545%.The order of correlation between the selected 7 physiological indicators and tramp resistance was POD>root weight>chlorophyll>MDA>SOD>root length>leaf length.Applying the method of weighted subordinate function,comprehensively evaluated the tramp resistance of the 5 ground cover plants.The order of tramp resistance was Buchloe dactyloides>Iris lacteal>Ophiopogon japonicas>Carex giraldiana>Poa pratensis.
