摘  要:为明确烟叶采烤环节对烟叶烘烤损失率的影响,查找烘烤损失率成因,对采烤一体化专业化烘烤标准作业与烟农常规采烤作业的烟叶烘烤损失率和用工情况进行了研究。结果表明:成熟采收和分类编装烟对烘烤损失的影响最大,对烘烤损失率的影响分别占烘烤损失的41.59%和35.47%;采收、编装和烘烤3个环节全程按照规范专业化作业用工成本较烟农常规作业模式增加0.31元/kg,但降低烘烤损失3749.40元/hm^(2),专业化用工产出投入比为595.51%。In order to clarify the effects of the harvesting and curing links of tobacco leaves on the curing loss rate of tobacco leaves,find out the cause of the curing loss rate,the curing loss rate and labor situation of tobacco leaves in the integrated professional curing operation of the harvesting and curing and the tobacco farmers’conventional harvesting and curing operations were studied.The results showed that mature harvesting and sorted braided tobacco had the greatest impact on the curing loss,and the effects on the baking loss rate accounted for 41.59%and 35.47%of the reduced baking loss.The labor cost of the whole process(harvesting,braiding and baking)in accordance with the standardized professional operation increased by 0.31 yuan/kg compared with the tobacco grower’s conventional operation mode,the baking loss reduced 3749.40 yuan/hm^(2),the professional labor output-input ratio was 595.51%.
