通腑散穴位贴敷联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗慢传输型便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察通腑散穴位贴敷联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗慢传输型便秘(STC)的临床疗效。方法将90例STC患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组45例予枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,治疗组45例在对照组基础上联合通腑散穴位贴敷治疗。2组均连续治疗14 d后统计疗效,比较2组首次排便时间情况,比较2组治疗前后便秘症状(包括粪便性状、排便费力、排便时间及排便频率)评分、便秘患者生活质量自评量表(PAC-QOL)(包括身体不适感、心理社会不适感、担忧与焦虑及满意度)评分及结肠传输试验结果变化情况,比较2组治疗期间药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率95.56%(43/45),不良反应发生率8.89%(4/45),首次排便时间(20.13±10.35)h,对照组分别为82.22%(37/45)、6.67%(3/45)、(30.20±10.56)h,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),首次排便时间短于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率与对照组相当(P>0.05)。2组治疗后粪便性状、排便费力、排便时间及排便频率评分与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后PAC-QOL身体不适感、心理社会不适感、担忧与焦虑、满意度评分及总分与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后结肠传输试验服药24、48、72 h标记物数量与本组治疗前比较均明显减少(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通腑散穴位贴敷联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗STC临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者便秘症状,提高生活质量,增强结肠动力,促进肠蠕动,操作简单方便,安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongfusan Acupoint Patching combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablets for slow transit constipation(STC).Methods Totally 90 STC patients were randomly divided into two groups,each with 45 cases.The control group was given Mosapride Citrate Tablets orally,and the treatment group was given Tongfusan Acupoint Patching combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablets,the both groups were treated for 14 days.The first defecation time,constipation symptoms scores(stool traits,dyssynergic defecation,defecation time and defecation frequency),patient assessment of constipation-quality of life(PAC-QOL)questionnaire scores(physical discomfort,psychosocial discomfort,worry,anxiety and satisfaction),colonic transit test(CTT)results,adverse drug reaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group[95.56%(43/45)vs 82.22%(37/45),(P<0.05),respectively];the first defecation time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group[(20.13±10.35)h vs(30.20±10.56)h,(P<0.05),respectively];the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group[8.89%(4/45)vs 6.67%(3/45),(P>0.05),respectively].Compared before treatment,scores including stool traits,dyssynergic defecation,defecation time and defecation frequency in two groups after treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which in the treatment group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PAC-QOL questionnaire scores incluing physical discomfort,psychosocial discomfort,worry,anxiety and satisfaction in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);marker numbers at 24,48,72 h during CTT in both groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),which in the treatment group were less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using Tongfusan Acupoint Patching combined with Mosapride Citrate
