围生期生育舞蹈干预对初产妇产痛感知及分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨初产妇围生期引入生育舞蹈干预对产时疼痛感知及分娩结局的影响。方法:选取2019年6月—2020年4月在医院产科助产士门诊就诊、符合入选标准的160例初产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规管理组和生育舞蹈干预组。比较方案实施后两组初产妇在分娩疼痛、自然分娩率及各产程时间之间的差异。结果:方案实施后,生育舞蹈干预组初产妇分娩疼痛评分明显低于常规管理组,自然分娩率明显高于常规管理组,第一产程、第二产程明显短于常规管理组(P<0.05)。结论:生育舞蹈作为一种新颖的运动方法,应用至初产妇的孕期管理中可有效改善初产妇的产时疼痛,提高自然分娩率,并能够缩短分娩时第一产程和第二产程。Objective:To explore the effect of birth dance intervention on pain perception and outcome of delivery in primiparas.Methods:A total of 160 primiparas who met the inclusion criteria and visited the midwife clinic in the obstetrics department in the hospital from June 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the routine management group and the birth dance intervention group by random number table method.After the implementation of the program,the labor pain,natural delivery rate and the time of labor of primiparas were compared between the two groups.Results:After the implementation of the program,the labor pain score of primipara in the birth dance intervention group was significantly lower than that in the routine management group,the natural delivery rate was significantly higher than that in the routine management group,and the time of the first and second stages of labor were significantly shorter than that in the routine management group(P<0.05).Conclusions:As a novel movement method,the birth dance can effectively improve the labor pain,improve the natural delivery rate,and shorten the time of the first and second stages of labor.
