摘　　要：目的:探讨医疗辅导游戏在急性白血病患儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月—2019年10月某大学附属儿童专科医院血液科收治的60例初次诊断为急性白血病首次行PICC置管的患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规PICC置管和健康教育;研究组在此基础上融入医疗辅导游戏干预。比较两组患儿在首次PICC置管前、首次维护前、置管1个月后的焦虑程度、依从性、家长满意度、患儿和家长对PICC维护知识的知晓率。结果:干预后研究组患儿焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患儿首次PICC维护依从性、家长满意度和PICC维护知识的知晓率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医疗辅导游戏可有效降低患儿的焦虑,提高患儿的依从性,提高家长满意度,提高患儿和家长对PICC维护知识的知晓率。Objective:To explore the application effect of medical counseling games in peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheterization for children with acute leukemia.Methods:A total of 60 children initially diagnosed with acute leukemia who underwent PICC catheterization for the first time in the Department of Hematology in an affiliated children′s Hospital of a university from April 2019 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method,30 cases in each.The patients in control group were given routine PICC catheterization and health education,and the patients in study group were treated with medical counseling game intervention on basis of routine.The anxiety,compliance,parents′satisfaction,PICC maintenance knowledge awareness rate of children and parents were compared between the two groups of children before the first PICC catheterization,before the first maintenance,one month after catheterization.Results:After intervention,the anxiety score of the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the compliance of the first PICC maintenance,parents′satisfaction and awareness rate of PICC maintenance knowledge in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Medical counseling games can effectively reduce children′s anxiety,improve children′s compliance,improve parents′satisfaction,and improve children′s and parents′awareness of PICC maintenance knowledge.
