摘 要:流体系统作为数控机床的重要能耗部件,节能降耗潜力巨大。以大型数控成形磨齿机床作为研究对象,阐述机床流体系统的组成及功能,提出流体系统能耗测量与评价方法,并通过一组成形磨齿试验进行能耗分析。结果表明:流体系统能耗超过了机床总能耗的40%,其中液压系统和冷却系统的能耗都在20%左右,润滑系统能耗最低。后续要进一步控制热变形的精确能量需求,精准控制流体系统的运行,从而降低机床整体能耗。Fluidic systems are the important energy consumption components of CNC machine tool,they have potentials to decrease the energy consumption.Taking a large CNC form grinding gear machine tool as example,the structure and function of the fluidic systems were illustrated.Then a measurement and evaluation method for the energy consumption of the fluidic systems was presented.The experiment of form grinding gear was performed to analyze the energy consumption.The results indicate that the energy consumption of the fluidic systems is over 40%of the total energy consumption,the energy consumption of the cooling system and the hydraulic system are about 20%respectively,the energy consumption of the lubrication system is the least.Therefore,the accurate energy demand to control the thermal deformation is needed,and the total energy consumption can be decrease by controlling fluidic systems accurately.
