摘 要:由于液控单向阀卸荷冲击压力试验的实验室测试工况与实际使用工况有差异,造成实验室测试数据不能真正反映出液控单向阀动态特性。为解决此问题,研发一套与实际工况相近的单向阀卸载冲击压力测试方法及装置。利用蓄能器储能及可控释放技术,产生适宜的卸荷能量,模拟液压支架受载后的形变储能,考核液控单向阀卸荷时的动态特性。研究结果对提高单向阀产品质量有很好的指导意义。Because of the difference between the laboratory testing conditions and the actual use conditions in the unloading impact pressure test of the hydraulic control check valve, the laboratory test data can not really reflect the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic control check valve. In order to solve this problem, a set of test methods and devices for check valve unloading impact pressure similar to the actual working conditions were developed.The accumulator energy storage and controlled release technologies were used to generate appropriate unloading energy, the deformation energy storage of hydraulic support after loading was simulated to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic control check valve during unloading.The research results have a great significance to improve the quality of the check valve products.
