摘　　要：从设备缺陷分类、缺陷产生原因、缺陷管理系统及防控措施等方面对电厂设备缺陷全过程管理进行了分析,重点查找了目前在实际工作中存在的问题和不足,并从6个方面提出了防控措施。提出通过强化日常巡视、在线监测、设备定检等手段,及时发现、整治设备缺陷,避免缺陷演变为隐患。The whole process management of power plant equipment defects are analyzed in respect to the classification and causes of defects,defect management system and prevention and control measures,etc.,with more attention to the present problems and shortcomings in practical work,and corresponding control measures concerning six aspects are put forward.It is proposed to strengthen routine inspection tour,online monitoring and regular equipment inspection to timely find out and rectify equipment defects,and to prevent defects from evolving into hidden dangers through effective treatment.
