摘　　要：调节血脂药不仅能调节血脂水平,还可抗氧化、抗炎、抗应激和抑制血栓形成,稳定或缩小动脉粥样硬化斑块,减少脑卒中和心血管事件的发生,成为一、二级预防的重要手段。本文总结调节血脂药尤其是前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9抑制剂的进展以及治疗中的药学监护要点。Lipid-regulating drugs can not only regulate lipid levels,but also has the effects of antioxidant,antiinflammatory,anti-stress and thrombosis inhibition,stabilize or shrink atherosclerotic plaques,reduce the occurrence of stroke and cardiovascular events,which become an important measure for primary and secondary prevention. This article summarizes the progress of lipid-regulating drugs,especially proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 inhibitors,and the key points of pharmacological monitoring in treatment.
