摘 要:为推动CFRP吊杆索在我国的发展并积累经验,进行了CFRP吊杆索在国内公路桥的首次应用。阐述了CFRP吊杆索的设计及制造要点,开发新型CFRP索结构形式,提高CFRP索中筋材的受力均匀性及锚固性能,同时便于CFRP索的盘卷与运输;成功研制出具有优异疲劳及耐久性能的CFRP吊杆索体系,37丝规格CFRP索通过应力上限为45%标准强度,应力幅值为375 MPa的250万次疲劳试验,索体及锚固部位没有损伤;研制的CFRP吊杆索静载效率系数为95%,在应用前经超张拉检验,锚杯后端筋材回缩量≤1.1 mm,弹性模量≥166 GPa,符合技术指标要求。通过本桥的研究,基本解决CFRP吊杆索在系杆拱桥中的设计和应用问题,实现了国内CFRP吊杆索应用于系杆拱桥零的突破,为大规模产业化奠定基础。In order to promote the development of CFRP suspender cable in China and accumulate experience, the first application of CFRP suspender cables in domestic highway bridge was carried out. The design and manufacturing essentials of CFRP suspender cable are described. A new type of CFRP cable structure is created to improve the stress uniformity and anchorage performance of the CFRP tendon in cable body, and facilitate the winding and transportation of CFRP Cable;The CFRP suspender cable system with excellent fatigue and durability has been successfully developed. The 37 wire CFRP Cable has passed 2.5 million tensile fatigue tests with the upper limit of stress of 45% standard strength and the stress amplitude of 375 MPa, and the cable body and anchorage parts are undamaged. The static load efficiency coefficient of the developed CFRP suspender cable is 95%. After the over tension test before application, the retractions of CFRP tendons at the back end of the anchorage are less than 1.1 mm, and the elastic modulus are more than 166 GPa, which met the requirements of technical indexes. Through the research of this bridge, the key problems of design and application of CFRP suspender cable in tied arch bridge are basically solved, and the breakthrough of domestic application of CFRP suspender cable in tied arch bridge is realized, which lays the foundation for large-scale industrialization.
