妥洛特罗贴剂联合异丙托溴铵、布地奈德雾化治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨妥洛特罗贴剂联合异丙托溴铵、布地奈德雾化治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的效果。方法回顾性分析登封市人民医院2017年1月至2020年12月收治的77例毛细支气管炎患儿临床资料,按治疗方案分为观察组(39例)、常规组(38例)。常规组接受异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化治疗,观察组于常规组基础上接受妥洛特罗贴剂治疗。对比两组总有效率、临床症状消失时间、肺功能指标、炎症因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率较常规组高(94.87%比73.68%,P<0.05)。观察组湿啰音、发热、咳嗽、憋喘等临床症状消失时间较常规组短(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后观察组达峰时间比、达峰容积比、潮气量较常规组高(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后观察组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平较常规组低(P<0.05)。结论妥洛特罗贴剂联合异丙托溴铵、布地奈德雾化治疗毛细支气管炎患儿效果较好,可有效提高肺功能,缓解炎症反应,促进病情恢复。Objective To explore the effect of tulobuterol patch combined with ipratropium bromide and budesonide nebulization in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis.Methods The clinical data of 77 children with bronchiolitis admitted to Dengfeng People’s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into observation group(39 cases)and routine group(38 cases).Routine group received ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide nebulization therapy,and observation group received tulobuterol patch therapy on the basis of the routine group.The total effective rate,time to disappearance of clinical symptoms,lung function indicators,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in routine group(94.87%vs.73.68%,P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as rales,fever,cough,and wheezing in observation group was shorter than that in routine group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the peak time ratio,peak volume ratio,and tidal volume of observation group were higher than those of routine group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in observation group were lower than those in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tulobuterol patch combined with ipratropium bromide and budesonide atomization is effective in treating children with bronchiolitis,which could effectively improve lung function,relieve inflammation,and promote recovery.
