补肾益肝汤联合针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征致月经失调的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾益肝汤联合针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)致月经失调患者的效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年1月鹤壁爱民医院收治的86例PCOS致月经失调患者,按随机数表法分为常规组(43例)与试验组(43例)。常规组接受达英-35治疗,试验组在常规组基础上接受补肾益肝汤联合针刺治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后两组性激素[黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、LH/FSH、睾酮(T)]、卵巢体积、子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液评分、卵泡数量、月经情况(月经持续时间、月经周期、月经量),排卵率,妊娠率,不良反应发生率。结果治疗后试验组总有效率[90.70%(39/43)]高于常规组[72.09%(31/43)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组LH、LH/FSH、T水平低于常规组,FSH水平高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后试验组卵巢体积、子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液评分、卵泡数量大于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后试验组月经持续时间、月经量多于常规组,月经周期短于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后随访1 a,试验组排卵率、妊娠率[81.40%(35/43)、60.47%(26/43)]高于常规组排卵率、妊娠率[62.79%(27/43)、41.86%(18/43)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率[9.30%(4/43)]与常规组[4.65%(2/43)]比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PCOS致月经失调患者采用补肾益肝汤联合针刺治疗效果较好,可有效改善患者性激素水平、宫颈黏液及月经情况,增加卵巢体积、子宫内膜厚度、卵泡数量,提高排卵率及妊娠率,且不良反应少。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Bushen YiGan Decoction combined with acupuncture on patients with menstrual disorders caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 86 patients with PCOS-induced menstrual disorders admitted to Hebi Aimin Hospital from May 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into conventional group(43 cases)and experimental group(43 cases)by random number table method.The conventional group was treated with Daying-35,and the experimental group was treated with Bushen YiGan Decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the conventional group.Compare clinical curative effect of two groups.Before and after treatment,the sex hormones[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),LH/FSH,testosterone(T)],ovarian volume,endometrial thickness,cervical mucus score,number of follicles,menstruation(menstrual duration,menstrual cycle,menstrual volume),ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,LH/FSH and T in experimental group were lower than those in conventional group,and the level of FSH was higher than that in conventional group(P<0.05);the ovarian volume,endometrial thickness,cervical mucus score and the number of follicles in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the menstrual duration and menstrual volume of the experimental group were longer than those of the conventional group,and the menstrual cycle was shorter than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After 1 year of followed-up,the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the experimental group were higher than those of conventional group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of PCOS-induced menstrual disorders by Bushen YiGan Decoction combined with acupuncture
