摘　　要：目的探讨不同护理方式在外阴白斑围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的130例外阴白斑患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,各65例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上接受系统护理模式护理。护理前后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及患者健康问卷(PHQ-9)评价患者负面情绪,评价两组患者护理依从性及护理满意度,比较两组患者并发症情况。结果护理前,两组SAS、PHQ-9评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组SAS、PHQ-9评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组依从性(95.38%)及护理满意度(93.85%)均高于对照组(93.08%、80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(1.54%)低于对照组(12.31%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外阴白斑患者围手术期进行系统护理模式干预,可有效缓解患者负面情绪,提升患者护理依从性和护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of different nursing methods in the perioperative period of vulvar leukoplakia.Methods A total of 130 cases of vulvar leukoplakia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.Using random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 65 cases in each group.Control group received routine nursing care,and study group received systematic nursing care on the basis of control group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and patient health questionnaire 9(PHQ-9)were used to evaluate the negative emotions of patients before and after the nursing.The nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were evaluated.The complications of the two groups were compared.Results Before the nursing,there was no statistical difference in SAS and PHQ-9 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the nursing,the scores of SAS and PHQ-9 in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The compliance(95.38%)and nursing satisfaction(93.85%)in study group were higher than those in control group(93.08%,80.00%),with statistical differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in study group(1.54%)was lower than that in control group(12.31%),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Systemic nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients with vulvar leukoplakia could effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve care compliance and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
