生化汤加味治疗不完全性药物流产的疗效及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的分析生化汤加味对不完全性药物流产的疗效和不良反应情况。方法方便选取2018年1月—2020年8月该院门诊和住院部收治的不完全性药物流产患者共84例为研究对象,依据随机数表法分成对照组(予以缩宫素肌注)和观察组(缩宫素注射的基础上,再加以中药生化汤加味)分别42例,统计并比较两组于不同治疗方案下的治疗有效率、阴道出血时间、阴道出血量、月经恢复时间、尿人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)转阴时间、并发症以及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为90.48%,比对照组71.43%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.941,P<0.05);观察组的阴道出血量为(78.68±20.65)mL比对照组(114.28±30.62)mL更少,阴道出血时间及月经恢复时间分别为(4.45±1.65)d、(32.10±2.36)d比对照组(7.68±2.14)d、(35.48±2.20)d更短,差异有统计学意义(t=6.247、7.746、6.789,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.38%,比对照组19.05%更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05)。两组尿HCG转阴时间及不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生化汤加味对不完全性药物流产疗效确切,同时不良反应较少,安全性较高,值得采用。Objective To analyze the efficacy and adverse reactions of Shenghua Decoction on incomplete medical abortion.Methods A total of 84 patients with incomplete conveniently medical abortion admitted to the outpatient and inpatient departments of this hospital from January 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group(intramuscular injection of oxytocin)and an observation group(injected oxytocin added with Chinese medicine Shenghua Decoction),42 cases each.The effective rate,vaginal bleeding time,vaginal bleeding volume,menstrual recovery time,and urine human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)time to negative,complications and adverse reactions were calculated and compared between the two groups under different treatment plans.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48%,which was higher than that of the control group 71.43%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.941,P<0.05);the vaginal bleeding of the observation group was(78.68±20.65)mL less than the control group(114.28±30.62)mL;the vaginal bleeding time and menstrual recovery time were(4.45±1.65)d and(32.10±2.36)d,respectively,which were shorter than the control group(7.68±2.14)d and(35.48±2.20)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.247,7.746,6.789,P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 2.38%,which was lower than that of the control group 19.05%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the time of urinary HCG conversion and adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenghua Decoction has a definite effect on incomplete medical abortion,and it has fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.It is worthy of use.
