加减驻景方治疗单纯型高度近视黄斑出血的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析单纯型高度近视黄斑出血采用加减驻景方治疗的效果及临床应用价值。方法方便选取2015年1月—2019年12月期间该院收治的罹患单纯型高度近视黄斑出血病患46例,以数表法随机分为两组,对照组采用羟苯磺酸钙分散片和复方血栓通胶囊治疗,观察组采用加减驻景方治疗。比较两组效果、症候积分、中心视网膜厚度及前后差值。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(95.65%)明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.973,P<0.05),通过治疗后均有明显改善,观察组患者症候表现评估结果均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=27.764、23.887、23.584、20.902,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者中心视网膜厚度(272.34±10.13)mm明显小于对照组,前后差值(38.99±11.47)μm大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.760、6.618,P<0.05)。结论单纯型高度近视黄斑出血患者通过加减驻景方治疗效果确切。Objective To analyze the effect and clinical application value of the treatment of simple high myopia macular hemorrhage with modified Zhujing Decoction.Methods From January 2015 to December 2019,46 patients with simple high myopia macular hemorrhage admitted to the hospital were conveniently selected randomly divided into two groups based on the number table.The control group was treated with calcium isethsulfonate dispersible tablets and compound thrombus capsule for treatment,the observation group was treated with modified Zhujing prescription,and compare the effects of the two groups,the integral after adjustment,the thickness of the central retina and the difference between the front and back.Results The total effective rate of 95.65%of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.973,P<0.05),and it was significantly improved after treatment.The evaluation results of symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=27.764,23.887,23.584,20.902,P<0.05).After treatment,the central retinal thickness(272.34±10.13)μm of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group,and the front-to-back difference(38.99±11.47)μm was greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.760,6.618,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of simple high myopia with macular hemorrhage is confirmed by adding and subtracting Zhujing prescription.
