摘　　要：目的探析CT血管造影技术对颈动脉狭窄斑块的诊断价值。方法方便选取2018年1月—2020年9月期间在该院门诊进行CT血管造影检查的48例患者为研究对象,采用64排西门子螺旋CT进行血管造影检查,对比剂用量60~80 mL,注射速率3~5 mL/s,重建方法主要有曲面重建(CPR)冠状、矢状、斜位、最大密度投影(MIP)、多层面重建(MPR)、容积再现(VR)等,总结分析检查结果。结果颈动脉血管狭窄情况:48例患者中,颈动脉血管狭窄共69处,其中轻度狭窄46处,占比为66.67%;中度狭窄16处,占比为23.19%;重度狭窄5处,占比为7.25%;完全闭塞2处,占比为2.90%。斑块情况:48例患者中,斑块共59块,其中脂质斑块6块,占比为10.17%;钙化斑块35块,占比为59.32%;混合斑块18块,占比为30.51%。结论在颈动脉狭窄斑块诊断中应用CT血管造影技术的价值非常高,能够为临床诊断与治疗提供可靠的指导依据,是一种值得临床推荐应用的诊断技术。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT angiography in carotid artery stenosis plaque.Methods A total of 48 patients who underwent CT angiography in the outpatient clinic from January 2018 to September 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects.64-slice spiral CT of Siemens was used for angiography.The contrast medium dosage was 60-80 mL,and the injection rate was 3-5 mL/s,the reconstruction methods mainly included curved surface reconstruction(CPR)coronal,sagittal,oblique,maximum intensity projection(MIP),multi-slice reconstruction(MPR),volume rendering(VR),etc.,and summarized the analysis and inspection results.Results Carotid artery stenosis:Among the 48 patients,there were 69 carotid vascular stenosis,of which 46 were mild stenosis,accounting for 66.67%;16 were moderate stenosis,accounting for 23.19%;and 5 were severe stenosis,the occupancy rate was 7.25%;2 sites were completely occluded,and the occupancy rate was 2.90%.Plaque situation:Among the 48 patients,59 plaques,including 6 lipid plaques,occupying 10.17%;calcified plaques 35,occupying 59.32%;and mixed plaques,occupying 18,occupying a rate of 30.51%.Conclusion The value of CT angiography in the diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis plaque is very high.It can provide reliable guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.It is a diagnostic technique worthy of clinical recommendation.
