摘 要:试验以酒钢高炉水淬渣为主要原料,采用无水偏硅酸钠为碱激发剂,制备矿渣地聚物。研究了激发剂添加量对地聚物强度的影响,并测定了适宜的激发剂添加量制备的地聚物初凝、终凝时间。结果表明:当激发剂掺量为5%时,所得地聚物28d抗压强度为55.8MPa,抗折强度为7.1MPa,初凝时间、终凝时间分别为35min、115min,强度性能优于525普通硅酸盐水泥,通过增加激发剂用量,对矿渣地聚物的力学性能提升不明显。Slag geopolymer is prepared with blast furnace water quenched slag as main raw material and anhydrous sodium metasilicate as alkali activator.The effect of activator addition on the strength of geopolymer is studied,and the initial setting time and final setting time of geopolymer prepared with suitable activator addition were determined.The results show that when the content of activator is 5%,the 28d compressive strength of geopolymer is 55.8MPa,the flexural strength is 7.1MPa,the initial setting time and final setting time are 35min and 115min respectively,and the strength performance is better than that of 525 ordinary cement.By increasing the content of activator,the mechanical properties of geopolymer are not significantly improved.
