摘  要:为提高光亮油产率,提出了一种掺入糠醛抽出油FEO以强化丙烷脱沥青过程的方法。对两种减压渣油(VR)、两种FEO及掺入FEO的VR进行了四组分、康氏残炭及黏度性质分析。对掺入不同比例FEO的VR进行了丙烷脱沥青中试试验,研究结果表明,FEO的掺入影响了VR的密度、黏度、残炭值及组成。对于阿曼减渣(Feed 1),掺入FEO 1/FEO 2均可提高轻脱沥青油(LDAO)收率;对于沙轻减渣(Feed 2),掺入FEO 1/FEO 2降低或者略微增大了LDAO收率。这可能是由于相比于Feed 2,Feed 1的胶体稳定性较低,VR的黏度和胶体稳定性共同决定了LDAO,HDAO的收率。此外,相比于Feed 1所得LDAO的糠醛精制油收率(9.00%),Feed 1掺入质量分数20%FEO 2所得LDAO的糠醛精制油收率有所提高。在一定的工艺条件下,确定了Feed 1掺入FEO的最佳掺入比。In order to improve the yield of bright stock, a method of blending furfural extract oil(FEO) into vacuum residue(VR) to enhance propane deasphalting process is proposed. Two VRs, two FEOs and VRs blended with FEO are analyzed by four fractions, Conradson carbon residue and viscosity. A pilot test of propane deasphalting of VRs blended with different FEO ratios is carried out. The results show that blending FEO affected the physical properties and composition of VR. Blending FEO 1/FEO 2 into Oman VR(Feed 1) can increases the yield of light deasphalted oil(LDAO), while the LDAO yield with blending FEO 1/FEO 2 into Saudi Arabia VR(Feed 2) is reduced or slightly increased. This may be due to the lower colloidal stability of Feed 1 compared to Feed 2. The viscosity and colloidal stability of VR jointly determine the yield of LDAO and HDAO(heavy deasphalted oil). In addition, compared with the yield of raffinate oil from furfural refining of LDAO(9.00%) obtained from Feed 1, the yield of LDAO(10.66 %)obtained from Feed 1 blended with 20 % FEO 2 is improved. Under certainprocess conditions, the optimal ratio of blending FEO into Feed 1 is determined.
