摘 要:以中低温煤焦油非均相悬浮床加氢工艺的馏分油为原料,在100 mL固定床反应器上加氢精制制取环保特种溶剂油。考察了反应温度、反应压力、氢油比和空速以及不同馏分段和工艺方案对产品性质的影响。结果表明,选用300℃以下馏分油为原料,采用两段加氢工艺更适合煤基溶剂油原料的加氢精制。反应器1装填针对煤基溶剂油原料的加氢精制催化剂LP-D,反应器2采用石油基溶剂油加氢精制工业剂LK-1。反应器1反应温度320℃,氢油比600,液时空速0.50 h^(-1),压力16 MPa;反应器2反应温度360℃,氢油比600,液时空速0.33 h^(-1),压力16 MPa。经两段加氢精制后生成油的硫、氮和芳烃质量分数分别降至0.8,0.5μg/g和0.08%,该工艺方案可满足环保特种溶剂油的生产要求。Special solvent oil was prepared from the middle and low temperature coal tar suspension bed hydrogenation fraction via hydrofining route on a 100 mL fixed bed reactor. The effects of temperature, pressure, hydrogen-oil ratio, LHSV,different fractions and process schemes on product properties were studied. The results showed that the two-stage hydrogenation process was more suitable for the hydrogenation of coal based solvent oil with distillates below 300 ℃ as raw materials. The catalyst LP-D for coal-based solvent oil was filled in the first reactor, and the oil-based solvent oil hydrogenation industrial agent LK-1 was used in the second reator. The first rector’s temperature was 320 ℃, hydrogen-oil ratio was 600, LHSV was 0.50 h^(-1), and pressure was 16 MPa. The second reactor’s temperature was 360 ℃, hydrogen-oil ratio was 600, space velocity was 0.33 h^(-1), pressure was 16 MPa. The mass fractions of sulfur, nitrogen and aromatics in the generated oil were reduced to 0.8, 0.5 μg/g and 0.08% respectively after being hydrotreated. The process can meet the production requirements of environmental protection special solvent oil.
