摘 要:采用铁、镍、钴加氢转化串联氧化锌吸附脱硫技术,将燃料气中的有机硫化物加氢转化成H_(2)S,然后被氧化锌吸附脱除。分析了氢分压、反应温度、空速对脱硫过程的影响,生产中应根据检测结果及时调整相关参数以达到最佳脱除效果。新工艺带来了新的安全隐患,预防H_(2)S泄漏的安全防护压力增大,燃料气温度高,对管线、控制阀、火嘴软管等的材质提出了更高的质量要求。采用该深度脱硫技术,有机硫化物转化率达75%,H_(2)S吸附脱除率达70%左右,存在着可挖掘的空间,为后续工业化应用的持续改进提供了参考依据。The series technology of hydroconversion of iron, nickel and cobalt and adsorption desulfurization of zinc oxide was adopted. The organic sulfide in the fuel gas was hydrogenated into H_(2)S and then removed by zinc oxide adsorption. The effects of hydrogen partial pressure, reaction temperature and space velocity on desulfurization process were analyzed. The relevant parameters should be adjusted in time according to the test results to achieve the best removal effect. The new process has brought new potential safety hazards. The safety protection pressure to prevent H_(2)S leakage increases and the fuel gas temperature is high, which puts forward higher quality requirements for the materials of pipelines, control valves, nozzles and hoses. Using this deep desulfurization technology, the conversion rate of organic sulfide was 75%, and the removal rate of H_(2)S adsorption was about 70%. There is room to be excavated, which provides a reference for the continuous improvement of the subsequent industrial application.
