摘  要:某公司膜分离氢气回收装置以重整装置的PSA解吸气和柴油加氢装置低分气为原料,得到高纯度氢气产品,经济效益显著。装置开工运行以来,膜前聚结器滤芯频繁出现堵塞问题,影响装置长周期运行。对滤芯杂质进行SEM表征、元素分析和化学试验,结果表明造成滤芯堵塞的杂质主要为NH_(4)Cl结晶和吸附剂粉化颗粒。通过采取增设前置过滤器,加强原料气脱氯等手段,有效解决了膜前聚结器的堵塞问题,聚结器滤芯的使用寿命从7 d延长至9个多月,可节省滤芯更换费用150余万元,保证了装置的长周期安全运行。The membrane separation hydrogen recovery unit of a company uses PSA desorbed gas from catalytic reforming unit and low-pressure separation gas from diesel hydrogenation unit as feedstocks to obtain high-purity hydrogen products. Since the unit started operation, the filter element of pre membrane coalescer has been blocked frequently, which affects the long-term operation of the unit. Through SEM characterization, element analysis and chemical test, the results show that the main impurities causing filter plugging are NH_(4)Cl crystal and adsorbent powdered particles. By adding a pre filter and strengthening the dechlorination of feed gas, the blocking problem pre film coalescer is effectively solved. The service life of coalescer filter element is extended from 7 days to more than 9 months, which could save more than 1.5 million yuan in replacement cost of filter element and ensure the long-term safe operation of the unit.
