摘 要:分析了板壳式换热器换热原理及压力降主要控制因素,结合进料物理性质分析,给出了降低进料侧压力降方法。分析结果表明:降低循环氢量及重整进料量可以降低换热器进料侧压力降,但二者皆受控制;降低板壳式换热器热端入口温度,即末反反应器入口温度,可以降低板壳式换热器进料侧总压力降;换热器热端入口温度每下降1℃,进料侧压力降下降0.31~0.53 kPa,预计第四反应器降温30℃,进料侧总压力降下降9~15 kPa。In this paper,the principle of heat transfer and the main control factors of pressure drop of lamella heat exchanger were studied combining with the analysis of the physical properties of the feed, then the method of reducing the pressure drop on the feed side was given, which supported by test verification. The results showed that the pressure drop on the feed side of the heat exchanger can be reduced by reducing the amount of circulating hydrogen and reforming feed, but both of them were under control;the overall pressure drop on the feed side of the lamella heat exchanger can be reduced by decreasing the inlet temperature of the lamella heat exchanger, that is, the inlet temperature of the final reactor;the pressure drop on the feed side can be reduced by 0.31~0.53 kPa for one degree Celsius decrease in the inlet temperature of the heat exchanger,predicting the temperature of the fourth reactor will drop by 30 ℃, the overall pressure drop at the feed side will drop by 9~15 kPa.
