摘  要:结合多环芳烃加氢裂化反应机理以及催化裂化柴油(催化柴油)芳烃含量高且馏程与喷气燃料产品部分重合的特点,中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司通过1.5 Mt/a加氢裂化装置掺炼适当比例的催化柴油,并优化调整精制和裂化反应平均温度等工艺参数,解决了喷气燃料产品质量不满足军用3号喷气燃料指标要求中芳烃体积分数不小于8%的问题。当催化柴油的掺炼比例提升至10%时,喷气燃料产品的芳烃体积分数由掺炼前的7.5%提升至9.1%,同时,其余主要产品柴油和加氢裂化尾油的质量达标,满足了企业生产需求。FCC LCO has the characteristics of high aromatics content and partial overlap of distillation range with jet fuel. Combined with the reaction mechanism of PAHs hydrocracking and the characteristics, the 1.5 MM TPY hydrocracking unit of SINOPEC Hainan refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. solves the problem that the aromatic content of jet fuel cannot meet the requirement of aromatics content of military No.3 jet fuel index(aromatics volume fraction not less than 8%) by blending appropriate proportion of FCC LCO and optimizing the process parameters of the average reaction temperature of refining and cracking. When the blending proportion of FCC LCO is increased to 10%, the aromatics volume fraction of jet fuel can be increased from 7.5% to 9.1%. At the same time, the quality of other main products, such as diesel and hydrocracking tail oil, meet the production requirements of the refinery.
