醒脾养儿颗粒联合双歧杆菌对小儿消化不良性腹泻免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨醒脾养儿颗粒联合双歧杆菌对小儿消化不良性腹泻免疫功能的影响。方法采用包头医学院第二附属医院2018年3月—2020年3月收治的104例消化不良性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按照数字表评分法将患儿划为对照组和研究组,每组52例。对照组患儿应用常规治疗,研究组患儿使用醒脾养儿颗粒联合双歧杆菌进行治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗有效率为98.08%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.378,P=0.036);研究组患者CD3+(76.51±3.91)%、CD4+(49.91±5.02)%、CD8+(24.69±1.79)%、CD4+/CD8+(2.81±0.71)%、腹泻(0.23±0.07)分、腹胀(0.13±0.04)分、发热(0.11±0.09)分、大便形状(0.13±0.08)分,其数据均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.461、9.937、12.418、10.536、22.495、25.811、18.630、18.611,P<0.001)。结论为消化不良性腹泻患儿实施醒脾养儿颗粒联合双歧杆菌进行治疗,能够提升患儿治疗有效率,改善患儿症状,优化免疫功能广。Objective To investigate the effect of Xingpi Yang'er Granules combined with Bifidobacterium on the immune function of children with dyspeptic diarrhea.Methods The 104 children with dyspeptic diarrhea received from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from March 2018 to March 2020 were used as the research objects.The children were divided into the control group and the study group according to the numerical table score method.The number of cases in each group was 52 cases.Children in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and the children in the study group were treated with Xingpi Yang'er granules combined with bifidobacteria to compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.08%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.378,P=0.036);the study group had CD3+(76.51±3.91)%,CD4+(49.91±5.02)%,CD8+(24.69±1.79)%,CD4+/CD8+(2.81±0.71)%,diarrhea(0.23±0.07)points,abdominal distension(0.13±0.04)points,fever(0.11±0.09)points,stool shape(0.13±0.08)points,the data were all better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.461,9.937,12.418,10.536,22.495,25.811,18.630,18.611,P<0.001).Conclusion Xingpi Yang'er granules combined with bifidobacteria for the treatment of children with dyspeptic diarrhea can improve the effective treatment rate of the children,improve the symptoms of the children,and optimize the broad immune function.
