摘　　要：The aims of this study were to study the branching patterns of segmental bronchi using Somatom Definition Flash CT and explore the gender differences.10000 patients were enrolled.The three dimensional bronchial tree images were acquired using the syngovia post-processing workstation.The directions of travel,openings,and ramifications of the segmental bronchi were observed with the aid of three-dimensional reconstruction and CT virtual bronchoscopy,assisted with lung window images.The branching patterns of the segmental bronchi were then extensively determined and the ratio of the formation patterns of the segmental bronchial branches was statistically analyzed.
