摘　　要：医疗制品是一种重要的天然橡胶制品,具有较大的影响力。当前采用高氨浓缩胶乳作为原材料对环境有一定影响。本研究采用超低氨浓缩胶乳配胶硫化,制备医疗乳胶导管,主要研究了超低氨胶乳硫化速度的调控,以及预硫化胶乳黏度及凝粒含量等指标的变化情况,结果表明,超低氨浓缩胶乳与高氨浓缩胶相比,硫化速率较低,黏度值较高;通过调整硫化配方,超低氨浓缩胶乳硫化速度大大提高,黏度值也有所降低,凝粒含量也较低,制成率高于高氨浓缩胶乳正常水平,完全满足生产应用需要。Medical products are important natural rubber products with great influence.At present,the use of high ammonia concentrated latex as raw material has a certain impact on the environment.In this study,low ammonia concentrated natural rubber latex was used to prepare the vulcanization latex,which was used to produce the medical latex catheter.The regulation of vulcanization rate of low ammonia latex was studied mainly,as well as the viscosity and coagulation content about the latex.The results show that,compared with the high ammonia concentrated latex,the low ammonia concentrated latex has a lower rate of vulcanization and a higher viscosity value.By adjusting the curing formula,the vulcanization rate of low ammonia concentrated latex has been greatly improved,and the viscosity value and the coagulation content is also reduced.The yield is higher than the normal level of high ammonia concentrated latex and fully meet the needs of production and application.
