摘　　要：通过无转子硫化发泡仪测定了不同温度下乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)/氢化苯乙烯丁二烯共聚物(SEBS)共混材料的发泡硫化特性,得到适宜的发泡温度为175℃,并通过优化发泡助剂的加入量使得共混材料的发泡速度与硫化速度进行良好匹配,经模压发泡10 min,得到制品的较佳性能,其中密度为0.18 g/cm^(3),邵尔C硬度为35,回弹性达63%。The foaming and vulcanization characteristics of EVA/SEBS blends at different temperatures were measured by a rotor-free vulcanization foaming instrument,and the suitable foaming temperature was 175℃.By optimizing the amount of foaming additives,the foaming speed and vulcanization speed of the blends were well matched.After foaming for 10 min,the products had better properties,including density of 0.18 g/cm^(3),hardness of 35 Shao C and resilience of 63%.
