摘 要:探究了乙华平橡胶(EVM)与三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的比例和超细氢氧化镁添加量对EVM/EPDM共混材料阻燃性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着EVM添加量的增加,共混胶料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度先增加后减小;相比纯EPDM,EVM的添加对降低材料燃烧过程中的最大生烟速率、热释放速率和总热释放量有一定效果,但效果一般。随着超细氢氧化镁添加量的增加,EVM/EPDM共混材料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度先增加后减小;且超细氢氧化镁可以有效地降低共混材料的最大生烟速率、热释放速率、总热释放量。The effects of the ratio of levapre rubber(EVM)to ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)and the addition of superfine magnesium hydroxide on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of EPDM/EVM blends were investigated.The results showed thatwith the increase of EVM content,the tensile strength and tear strength of the blends first increased and then decreased;compared with pure EPDM,the addition of EVM had a certain effect on reducing the maximum smoke generation rate,heat release rate and total heat release during the combustion process,but the effect was not effective.The tensile strength and tear strength of EPDM/EVM blends first increased and then decreased with the increase of the content of superfine magnesium hydroxide,and the maximum smoke generation rate,heat release rate and total heat release amount of EPDM/EVM blends were effectively reduced by ultrafine magnesium hydroxide.
