摘 要:研究了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的第三单体(ENB)含量、纯净度、凝胶含量及加工配方对加工成品耐电击穿性能的影响。实验结果表明,加工过程中,ENB的交联越充分,残留的双键越少,加工成品的耐电击穿性能越好;EPDM的纯净度越高、凝胶含量越低,加工成品的耐电击穿性能越好;此外,与基础配方相比,经过优化后的配方也可以显著提高EPDM加工成品的耐电击穿性能。The effects of the content of the third monomer(ENB),the purity,the gel content,and the processing formula of ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)on the electrical breakdown resistance of the finished product were studied.The experimental results were as followsif the cross-linking of ENB was more sufficient and the residual double bond was less in the processing of raw materials,the electrical breakdown resistance of the processed products would be better;if the purity of EPDM was higher and its gel content was lower,the electrical breakdown resistance of the processed products would be better;in addition,compared with the basic formula,the optimized formula could also significantly improve the electrical breakdown resistance of EPDM′s processed products.
