摘　　要：针对中国石油吉林石化公司产三元乙丙橡胶J-4045开展试验。通过调整J-4045配方中过氧化物硫化剂的加料量,研究了过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)用量以及温度对J-4045硫化性能的影响。利用无转子硫化仪测试了9个样品分别在140℃、150℃、160℃、170℃时的硫化曲线,找出了J-4045采用DCP充当硫化剂的最佳温度为160℃,发现了J-4045的DCP硫化体系正硫化时间与DCP用量无关,只与硫化温度有关,最大扭矩随DCP用量增加而增加,门尼焦烧时间随DCP用量增加而变短。The paper carries out experiments on J-4045 EPDM rubber produced in Jilin Petrochemical Company.By adjusting the dosage of peroxide curing agent in the formula of J-4045,the effects of DCP dosage and temperature on the curing property of J-4045 were studied.The rotorless vulcanization instrument was used to test the vulcanization curves of 9 samples at 140℃,150℃,160℃and 170℃respectively,and the optimal temperature for J-4045 to use DCP as vulcanization agent was 160℃.It is found that the positive curing time t90 of the DCP curing system of J-4045 has nothing to do with the dosage of DCP,but only depends on the curing temperature.The paper analyzes the reasons of the maximum torque increases with the increase of DCP ingredients,and the Mooney scorching time decreases with the increase of DCP ingredients.
