摘 要:智能船舶的功能一般分为智能航行、智能船体、智能机舱、智能能效管理、智能货物管理、智能集成平台、远程控制和自主操作。智能机舱是核心功能之一,本文设计了一个监控智能机舱内机械设备部件运行状态和分析评估部件健康状况的系统。根据工况点的编码值来实时监控部件的工况点状态,重点实现了三种健康值模型算法,根据这三种健康值模型计算出各机械设备部件的健康值并将其可视化,最后根据健康值的评估结果诊断设备部件的健康状况,判断是否给设备提供辅助决策和维修计划。并且测试了智能机舱监控部件运行状态和分析部件健康状况的功能。机舱部件运行状态以及部件的健康值会实时可视化地展现出来,并智能化地监测了机舱设备的变化状态以及机舱设备的健康状态。The functions of intelligent ship are generally divided into intelligent navigation,intelligent hull,intelligent cabin,intelligent energy efficiency management,intelligent cargo management,intelligent integrated platform,remote control and autonomous operation.Intelligent cabin is one of the core functions.This paper designs a system to monitor the operation status of mechanical equipment components in intelligent cabin and analyze and evaluate the health status of components.According to the coding value of the working point,the working point status of the components is monitored in real time.Three kinds of health value model algorithms are mainly realized.According to the three kinds of health value models,the health values of the mechanical equipment components are calculated and visualized.Finally,the health status of the equipment components is diagnosed according to the health value evaluation results,and whether to provide auxiliary decision-making and maintenance plan for the equipment is judged.The function of monitoring the running state of components and analyzing the health status of components in the intelligent cabin is tested.The operating status of the cabin components and the health values of the components will be visualized in real time,and the change status of the cabin equipment and the health status of the cabin equipment are intelligently monitored.
