摘 要:为探究太行鸡麻羽系的产蛋规律,利用不同统计学方法对其产蛋率和累计产蛋量进行曲线拟合分析,确定最佳模型。选用Wood、McMillan、Yang和Ali-Schaeffer 4种模型对太行鸡麻羽系蛋鸡产蛋率曲线进行拟合分析,选用Gompertz、Logistic和von Bertalanffy 3种模型对其累计产蛋数曲线进行拟合分析。统计结果表明:Yang模型的产蛋率曲线拟合效果最好,拟合度(R^(2))为0.989;von Bertalanffy模型的累计产蛋量曲线拟合效果最佳,拟合度(R^(2))为0.998,累计产蛋量的拐点周龄为38.37,拐点产蛋数为66.95。因此,Yang和von Bertalanffy模型为太行鸡麻羽系产蛋率和累计产蛋量曲线拟合的最佳模型。In order to explore the egg production rules of black-speckle-feather Taihang chickens,different statistical methods were used,in this study,to perform curve-fitting analysis of the egg production rate and cumulative egg production of the birds so as to determine the best model for analysis.Four models,including Wood,McMillan,Yang and Ali-Schaeffer ones,were used to fit and analyze the egg production curve of the black-speckle-feather Taihang chickens,and three models,including Gompertz,Logistic and von Bertalanffy,were used to fit their cumulative egg production curve.The statistical results showed that the Yang model’s egg production rate curve fitted best,with a fitting degree(R^(2))of 0.989;the von Bertalanffy model’s cumulative egg production curve fitted best,with a fit degree(R^(2))of 0.998.The cumulative age of inflection point of the two models was 38.37 and their inflection point was 66.95.Therefore,the Yang and von Bertalanffy models were the best ones for curve fitting of egg production rate and cumulative egg production of black-speckle-feather Taihang chickens.
