摘　　要：目的:建立了睫毛精华类化妆品中5种前列腺素类似物(比马前列素、拉坦前列素、曲伏前列素、他氟前列素、他氟乙酰胺)的高效液相色谱测定方法及液相色谱-串联质谱确证分析方法。方法:样品经甲醇超声提取,采用Agilent Poroshell 120 EC-C18柱(4.6 mm×100 mm,2.7μm)分离,以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,二级阵列管检测器(DAD)在210 nm测定,外标法定量,采用液相色谱-串联质谱进行确证。结果:5种前列腺素类似物在0.1~25μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性良好,相关系数(r2)均大于0.999,方法检出浓度(LOD)为0.3~0.6μg·g^(-1),三水平加标回收率为93.2%~108.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.60%~5.5%。结论:该方法准确、快速、简便,适用于睫毛精华液化妆品中前列腺类似物的筛查。Objective:To develop a method for the simple determination of five prostaglandins(bimatoprost,latanoprost,travoprost,tafluprost and tafluprost ethyl amide)in eyelash enhancing cosmetics using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Method:The cosmetic samples were supersonically extracted with methanol and then separated on an Agilent Poroshell 120 EC-C18 column(4.6 mm×100 mm,2.7μm)by gradient evolution with acetonitrile-water as mobile phases.The wavelength of detection was 210 nm and the external standard method was used for quantitation.The suspected samples were further verified by LC-MS/MS.Results:The five prostaglandins had a good linearity in the range of 0.1-25μg·mL^(-1)with correlation coefficients(r2)larger than 0.999.The limits of detection(LODs)were between 0.3 and 0.6μg·g^(-1).The spiked recoveries were 93.2%to 108.6%with the relative standard deviation(RSD)of 0.6%to 5.5%.Conclusion:The method is accurate,rapid and simple.It is suitable for the quality control in eyelash enhancing cosmetics.
