摘　　要：目的探讨Excel表格提醒功能结合在线文档编辑在临床无菌物品及药品管理中的应用效果。方法2017年6月—2018年5月科室采用传统方法进行物资清点及管理,2018年6月-2019年5月科室用采用Excel表格提醒功能结合在线文档编辑进行科室无菌物品及药品管理。比较Excel表格提醒功能结合在线文档编辑使用前后,护士清点药品和物品的耗时,无菌物品过期发生率、药品过期发生率和近期药品未及时更换发生率,及护士对无菌物品、药品管理的满意度。结果应用Excel表格提醒功能结合在线文档编辑后,护士清点物品和无菌药品所需时间均明显短于应用前(t=10.168,P=0.005;t=11.738,P=0.003),无菌物品、药品过期发生率和近效期药品未及时更换发生率均低于应用前(χ^(2)=11.640,P=0.001;χ^(2)=6.186,P=0.029;χ^(2)=20.195,P<0.001),护士对无菌物品及药品管理的满意度高于应用前(P<0.05)。结论应用Excel表格提醒功能结合在线文档编辑,可以有效降低无菌物品、药品的管理缺陷发生率,提高了护理工作效率,促进了护理工作的创新。Objective To explore the effect of applying the online document editing tool in the management of sterile items and medications.Methods From June 2017 to May 2018,the department used traditional methods for material inventory and management.From June 2018 to May 2019,the department used the online document editing tool for sterile items and drugs management.The time to check sterile items and medications,the incidence of expired and untimely replaced sterile items and medication and satisfaction of nurses were compared before and after the implementation of the reminder function of Excel and online document editing tool.Results After applying the tool,the time spent to check sterile items and medication reduced significantly(t=10.168,P=0.005;t=11.738,P=0.003),and the incidence of expired and untimely replaced sterile items and medications also significantly reduced(χ^(2)=11.640,P=0.001;χ^(2)=6.186,P=0.029;χ^(2)=20.195,P<0.001),the nurses′satisfaction with sterile items and medication management was higher than before(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of Excel form and online document editing tool effectively lowers the accidents in the management of sterile items and medications,promote the efficiency and the innovation of nursing.
