摘 要:本研究通过对哈萨克羊×特克赛尔羊杂交F_(1)代体重与体尺指标的相关及回归分析进而建立最佳回归方程,为品种选育提供可靠的科学依据。试验随机选取特哈杂交F_(1)代公羔184只、母羔174只,对其测量体重(Y),体高(X_(1))、体斜长(X_(2))、胸围(X_(3))、胸宽(X_(4))、胸深(X_(5))、管围(X_(6)),运用SPSS19.0分别对公、母羔的体重和体尺数据进行相关及回归分析建立最佳线性回归方程。特哈杂交F_(1)代羔羊体重与6项体尺指标均呈现极显著正相关(P<0.01),公、母羔体斜长与体重的相关程度最高,分别为0.641和0.555。各体尺间除公羔胸围和胸宽两项体尺指标与胸深没有显著相关性外,其它各体尺间都表现出极显著的相关性(P<0.01),其中相关程度公羔最高的为体高和胸深,母羔为体高与体斜长。公羔胸围对体重的直接作用效果最大,母羔胸深对体重的直接作用最大,而公、母羔体尺指标对体重的间接作用正好与之相反。公、母羔体重与体尺指标间的最佳回归方程分别为Y=-74.203+0.272X_(2)+0.357X_(3)+0.285X_(1)+0.159X_(4)+0.129X_(6),(r0.832,P<0.01)和Y=-59.179+0.295X_(2)+0.296 X_(5)+0.209 X_(4)+0.184 X_(1),(r0.723,P<0.01)。体斜长是影响特哈F_(1)代羔羊体重的重要因素,在品种选育过程中要着重考虑该体尺指标的选育,同时充分考虑其它体尺指标的影响。The aim of study was to investigate correlation and regression analysis between weight and body size index of F_(1)hybrid of Kazak×Texel sheep.The best regression equation was established,which could provide scientific theoretical basis for breeding.In the experiment,184 male and 174 female of F_(1)hybrid lambs were selected randomly,their body weight(Y),body height(X_(1)),body length(X_(2)),chest circumference(X_(3)),chest width(X_(4)),chest depth(X_(5)),and tube circumference(X_(6))were measured.SPSS 19.0 was used to conduct correlation and regression analysis on the body weight and body size data of male and female lambs to establish the best linear regression equation.The body weight of F_(1)hybrid of Kazak×Texel sheep was significantly positively correlated with six body size indexes(P<0.01),and the correlation degree between body length and body weight of male and female lambs was the highest,which were 0.641 and 0.555,respectively.There were extremely significant correlation between the body sizes(P<0.01),except that there were no significant correlation between chest circumference and chest width and chest depth in rams,among which the highest correlation were body height and chest depth in rams,and the body height and body slant length in ewes.The direct impact of chest circumference on body mass was the greatest in rams,the direct impact of chest depth on body weight the greatest was in ewes,while the body size had the opposite indirect effect on weight in rams and ewes.The optimal regression equations between body weight and body size were Y=-74.203+0.272X_(2)+0.357X_(3)+0.285X_(1)+0.159X_(4)+0.129X_(6)(r 0.832,P<0.01)and Y=-59.179+0.295X_(2)+0.296 X_(5)+0.209 X_(4)+0.184 X_(1)(r 0.723,P<0.01).The body length deviation was an important factor affecting body quality of F_(1)hybrid of Kazak×Texel sheep.In the breeding process,we should enhance the selection body size index,and consider fully the influence other body size indexes.
