摘　　要：为了研制秃疮花唇肤康喷剂,本实验以抑菌率为生物学指标,以L16(45)正交试验设计进行秃疮花唇肤康喷剂的筛选实验。实验筛选出了秃疮花唇肤康喷剂的基础配方,2倍的稀释的秃疮花唇肤康喷剂对副伤寒沙门氏菌的抑菌率在93.28以上。In order to develop spray solution of Dicranostigma Leptopodum Fedde(DLF),the screening experiment of spray solution of DLF was carried out by L16(45)orthogonal design with the bacteriostatic rate as the biological index.The basic formula of spray solution of DLF was selected.The inhibition rate of 2 times diluted spray solution of DLF on Salmonella Paratyphi was more than 93.28%.
