摘  要:随着人工授精技术在猪生产中的广泛应用,优质种猪精液的需求也在不断增加。在常温条件下保存猪的精液容易受到各方面因素的影响。本文分析了季节与温度、pH、稀释倍数、活性氧、渗透压、微生物等因素对常温保存种公猪精液品质的影响,以期更科学地在常温条件下提升精液保存的效果,充分发挥猪精液在优良育种工作及生产实践中的作用。With the widespread application of artificial insemination technology in pig production,the demand for high-quality boar semen is also increasing.Preserving boar semen under normal temperature is susceptible to various factors.This article analyzed the effects of seasons,temperature,pH,dilution factor,active oxygen,osmotic pressure,microorganisms and other factors on the quality of boar semen preserved at room temperature,in order to improve the effect of semen preservation under normal temperature conditions more scientifically,and give full play to boar semen role in good breeding and production practice.
