一例仓鼠子宫内膜局灶性增生的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：一只2岁仓鼠,体重65 g,未生育,子宫流血20多d,经临床检查、细胞学、腹部彩超、病理检查,确诊为子宫内膜肉芽肿性增生,征得主人同意,呼吸麻醉后,行卵巢子宫切除术,术后7 d拆线恢复良好。A 2-year-old hamster,weighing 65 g,was infertile and had uterine bleeding for more than 20 days.After clinical examination,cytological examination,abdominal color Doppler ultrasound and pathological examination,it was diagnosed as endometrial granulomatous hyperplasia.With the consent of the owner,after respiratory anesthesia,ovarian hysterectomy was performed.The suture was removed 7 days after the operation and recovered well.
