一例加菲公猫血尿脓尿的诊治体会

摘　　要：一只9岁加菲公猫,尿道堵塞,膀胱巨大血凝块,保守冲洗膀胱、消炎止血康复。1月后又出现尿道堵塞,消炎、冲洗膀胱治疗中,膀胱发生化脓性感染,经过抗感染治疗恢复。结果说明第一,膀胱内血凝块是可以溶解的,没必要手术;第二,导尿管留置时间不能长,可能会造成上行性感染,冲洗膀胱一定要无菌操作,避免导尿管、注射器、冲洗液不干净造成膀胱尿道的感染。第三,根据药敏针对性选用抗生素治疗效果好。A 9-year-old male Garfield cat suffered from urethral obstruction and huge blood clot in the bladder.One month later,urethral obstruction occurred again.During the treatment of anti-inflammatory and bladder irrigation,the bladder developed septic infection,which recovered after anti infection treatment.The results show that firstly,the blood clot in the bladder can be dissolved,and there is no need for surgery.Secondly,the indwelling time of the catheter should not be long,which may cause upward infection.The irrigation of the bladder must be aseptic,so as to avoid the infection of the urinary tract caused by the unclean catheter,syringe and flushing fluid.Thirdly,according to the drug sensitivity,the selection of antibiotics is effective.
