船用焚烧炉港口国监督检查缺陷分析

摘　　要：为消除某散货船在某港口接受港口国监督检查时,检查官对该船安装的某型号焚烧炉提出的3条17项缺陷。通过分析MEPC.244(66)的技术要求,对这3条缺陷进行分析,提出解决方案。通过对比MEPC.244(66)和GB18485—2014《生活垃圾焚烧污染控制标准》的要求差异,分析MEPC.244(66)标准的深层次原因,为后续IMO海上环境保护委员会修订焚烧炉技术标准提供建议。Aiming at the 3 terms and 17deficiencies regarding incinerator raised by PSCO for a bulk carrier at a certain port during the port state control and inspection(PSC),the reasons were analyzed and corrective measures was advised based on technical requirements of MEPC.244(66).By contracting the gap between MEPC.244(66)and GB18485-2014,Standard for Pollution Control of Domestic Waste Incineration,the deep reasons of MEPC.244(66)were analyzed,so as to give suggestions for MEPC in upcoming amendments of incinerator-related technical requirements.
