摘　　要：针对智能船舶在目前的法律法规下存在的监管障碍与共性问题,从管辖权、避碰、船员、责任、保险、网络安全几个方面探究智能船舶法律法规的发展方向,总结提出智能船舶的立法与修改原则。In view of the regulatory obstacles and common problems of intelligent ships under the current laws and regulations,the development direction of intelligent ships laws and regulations was explored from the aspects of jurisdiction right,collision avoidance,seafarers,liability,insurance and network security,etc.The principles of legislation and revision of the intelligent ships were summarized.
