摘 要:以环境友好的非均相活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸(p-TSA/AC)替代传统液体盐酸催化草甘膦生产过程中的酸解反应,考察了p-TSA/AC催化剂的种类和用量、反应时间、反应温度以及催化剂稳定性等因素对草甘膦产率的影响。结果表明,p-TSA/AC催化剂对草甘膦生产工艺中的酸解反应具有良好的催化活性,当催化剂p-TSA/AC-1用量为10 g,反应温度50℃,反应时间3 h,草甘膦的产率为87%,催化剂重复使用5次仍可保持较高活性,该研究为草甘膦酸解反应提供了一种清洁、高效的方法。The acidolysis reaction for the preparation of glyphosate catalyzed by environmentally benign active carbon supported p-toluenesulfonic acid(p-TSA/AC) instead of traditional liquid hydrochloric acid was studied. The effects of acidolysis reaction conditions, such as the type and amount of p-TSA/AC catalyst, reaction time, reaction temperature and catalyst stability, on the synthesis of glyphosate were carefully investigated. The results showed that p-TSA/AC supported on camellia oleifera shell activated carbon had a good catalytic performance for the acidolysis reaction. Under the conditions of m(p-TSA/AC-1)=10 g, acidolysis temperature=50 ℃, and acidolysis time=3 h, the final yield of glyphosate was 87%. After recycled 5 times, the catalytic activity of p-TSA/AC-1 decreased slightly. This study can provide a clean and efficient method for glyphosate acidolysis reaction.
