试论公共文化服务视域下的博物馆学研究

摘　　要：在公共文化服务时代,具有"使命型"传统的中国博物馆责无旁贷肩负起参与公共文化服务体系建设的任务。然而,基于中国知网的分析却揭示出现阶段公共文化服务视域下博物馆学研究"显学不显"的境况,主要表现为基础理论研究薄弱、政策研究不充分、专题研究仍未全面展开。公共文化服务视域下的博物馆学研究是将博物馆学的经典内容置于"公共文化服务"的新框架下探讨,主要包括基础理论研究、政策研究与专题研究三部分,具有突出的现实导向性和跨学科性,研究内容多元且与时俱进,核心要义是把握好两组"共性-个性"关系。积极推动公共文化服务视域下的博物馆学研究,不仅是当前实践的迫切需求,也是博物馆学实现自身本土化创新发展、完善学科体系与提升学科影响力的关键,有利于建设具有中国特色的博物馆和博物馆学。In a time of the public cultural services, Chinese museums which are endowed with a "missionary" nature should bear the obligation of establishing the public cultural service system. However, based on the analysis by CNKI, under the view and impression of public cultural services, museum studies can be described as an inconspicuous "conspicuous subject". The present research indicates weak theoretical fundamentals, inadequate policy research, and incomplete subject studies on this issue. Museum studies under the view and impression of public cultural services refers to discussing the classic contents of museology under the new framework of "public cultural services", which consists of theory studies, policy studies, and subject studies. Thus, the research is provided with prominent realistic orientations and cross-disciplinary approach, diversified and updated research aims. The core of the study is getting hold of two pairs of "commonality and individuality" relationships. Actively promote the museum studies under the view and impression of public cultural services is not only the urgent need of present practice, but also the key of achieving the innovative development, improving the academic system, and enlarging the influence of the subject, which contributes to building the museum and museology with Chinese characteristics.
