摘　　要：街路空间设计引导是城市空间愿景实现与城市实施管理之间的纽带,是设计理念转化为建设实践过程的核心。论文从现阶段街路设计导则编制及应用存在的问题出发,以沈阳市街路全要素总体设计为例,探究其在实现建设目标以及与规划管理衔接等方面的指导意义,并以此总结提出街路更新改造与规划管理有效衔接的实施路径。Street space design guidance can be concluded that is the link between the realization of urban space vision and urban implementation and management,and is the core of the transformation of design concept into construction practice.This paper starts from the existing problems in the compilation and application of street design guidelines at the present stage,and takes the total element overall design of Shenyang street as an example to explore its guiding significance in realizing construction goals and connecting with planning and management,and then summarizes the implementation path of effective connection between street renovation and planning and management.
