摘 要:郑州高铁南站是郑州高铁网络的重要组成部分,其承轨层采用劲性混凝土结构。论文根据承轨层的钢结构特点分析了巨型截面厚钢板钢骨柱装焊的重难点,提出了初步装焊流程;应用了ER-100轨道式智能焊接系统,对其工作原理及应用进行了重点分析;结合ER-100智能焊接系统提出了承轨层巨型截面厚钢板钢骨柱的装焊流程与装焊细则。研究结果表明,ER-100轨道式智能焊接系统适用于承轨层钢骨柱的焊接;提出的钢骨柱的装焊流程与装焊细则,为钢骨柱的加工提供了指导依据。Zhengzhou South High-speed Railway Station is an important part of Zhengzhou high-speed railway network,and its bearing layer adopts a rigid concrete structure.According to the characteristics of the steel structure of the bearing rail layer,this paper analyzed the difficult points of the assembly and welding of the huge section thick steel plate steel frame column,and proposed the preliminary assembly and welding process;developed the ER-100 orbital intelligent welding system,and mainly analyied its working principle and application.Combined with the ER-100 intelligent welding system,the assembly welding process and assembly welding rules of the huge section thick steel plate steel column of the bearing rail layer are proposed.The research results show that the ER-100 orbital intelligent welding system is suitable for the welding of rail-bearing steel columns;the assembly and welding procedures and details of the steel columns proposed in this paper provide a guiding basis for the processing of steel columns.
