摘 要:为了研究木质板受潮后与冷弯薄壁型钢连接性能的变化,进行了冷弯薄壁型钢立柱与PLY和OSB螺钉连接的拉伸试验,分析了含水率和螺钉板端距等因素对其连接性能的影响。研究结果表明:板材经过受潮处理前、后,含水率从10%增加至30%左右,对OSB试件初始刚度和抗拉承载力降低了40%左右,延性系数提高约25%;PLY试件的抗拉承载力下降约37%,延性系数提高30%,初始刚度没有明显降低;增加试件螺钉板端距,OSB试件初始刚度和抗拉承载力没有明显的变化,峰值位移和延性系数分别提高约20%和70%。试验结果可为冷弯薄壁型钢结构工程提供借鉴。In order to study the joint performance of cold-formed steel stud and moist wooden structural board with self-drilling screw,the tensile test of the plywood,oriented strand board and analysis are carried out.The influence of factors on its connection performance,including water content and end distance of screw plate,are analyzed.The research results show that the moisture content of the plate increases from 10%to about 30%before and after the moisture treatment,which reduces the initial stiffness and tensile bearing capacity of the OSB specimen by about 40%,and ductility coefficient increases by about 25%.The load capacity of the plywood test decreases by about 37%,and the ductility coefficient increases by 30%and the initial stiffness does not decrease significantly.Increasing the end distance of the screw plate of the test piece,the initial stiffness and tensile bearing capacity of the OSB test piece are not obvious,and the peak displacement and ductility coefficient are enhanced by about 20%and 70%,respectively.The test results can provide a reference for the engineering projects of cold-formed thin-walled steel structures.
