摘  要:TiO_(2)纳米管(TiO_(2)NTs)阵列作为一种新型的三维立体纳米材料,凭借其独特、规整有序的空心管状结构和优异的光电化学性能受到越来越广泛的关注。对TiO_(2)NTs阵列的阳极氧化法制备及其原理进行了介绍。针对TiO_(2)NTs对可见光响应范围窄、光生电子-空穴对复合率高的问题,总结了TiO_(2)NTs阵列的掺杂、复合以及表面酸修饰等改性方法。阐述了当前TiO_(2)NTs阵列的研究现状,对今后的研究重点和方向提出了展望。As a new type of three-dimensional nanomaterials,TiO_(2) nanotube(TiO_(2)NTs)arrays has attracted great attentions due to its unique hollow tube structure and excellent photoelectrochemical properties.The preparation and principle of TiO_(2)NTs array by anodization method were reviewed.Meanwhile,in order to solve the problem of narrow visible light response range of TiO_(2) and high recombination rate of photo-generated electron-hole pairs,the research focusing on doping,composite and surface acid modification were summarized.Finally,the existing problems and further prospect in this research field were proposed.
