摘 要:采用高温固相反应法,通过控制温度制备了粒径为20μm及30μm的YAG∶Ce^(3+)荧光粉,对制备出的荧光粉进行微观形貌表征,表明烧结温度越高,荧光粉粒径越粗,表面缺陷越少,结晶度越高。将不同粒径的荧光粉进行热淬灭测试并封装成激光照明器件进行激光测试,研究对比发现,在1580℃烧结得到的大粒径荧光粉的热稳定性及对激光的耐受性均获得了显著提升。The high-temperature solid-phase reaction method was used to prepare YAG∶Ce^(3+)phosphors with particle diameters of 20μm and 30μm by controlling the temperature.The prepared phosphors were characterized by microscopic morphology,indicating that the higher the sintering temperature,the coarser the phosphor particle size.The fewer surface defects,the higher the crystallinity.The phosphors of different particle diameters were subjected to thermal quenching test and packaged into a laser lighting device for laser testing.The research and comparison found that the thermal stability and laser resistance of the large particle phosphors sintered at 1580℃obtained significant improvement.
